i cut my hair. here is a i have right now. beyond the new do, Cody and i had a bet about whether or not a plane (specifically a jet plane: which caused bs to ensue later >_>) could take off a conveyor belt traveling at the same speed (i.e. take off speed) as the plane, but in the opposite direction. Cody was convinced it couldn't take off, whereas i had already had this argument with Marshall a few years back, and knew that it could. a bet was made that if I were right, Cody would buy me a dozen roses, and if i were wrong (which i wasn't) i would buy him a game (yey ambiguity). we decided that we would settle the bet with the Mythbusters show that aired 1/30, which happened to be testing this myth. however, we missed the show and so we sort of called a truce. i later talked to Marshall who HAD seen the show, and the plane DID take off -but because it was a prop plane and not a jet, Cody insisted that neither of us won, and that it was a tie (BULL!). at any rate, i'm renting him a game (1/10 the cost of buying it) and he got me some pearl jewelry in lieu of flowers (which works for me).









uhm... i posted other new pictures up on facebook under the photo album "semester two".

we watched the superbowl - i'm not a football fan. at all. rather impressed that the giants totally smashed the patriots tho - last minute. way cool. almost as good as a peewee hockey game. because pro-football can't even touch highschool hockey. hahaha. losers.

i need to do physics now. g'bye!
